General photo delivery is two business days after the on-site appointment.
Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Same day cancellations will result in a $50 non-refundable charge. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready to shoot.
PLAN Media retains all image and media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license agreement for use of the images and media while you are representing the listing.
Domain name purchases are non-refundable once you have been provided the URL.
